Music Burger - SEASON FINALE Part I
Hello music and food lovers!
First and foremost, I just want to say that I had a BALL shooting Season 1 of Music Burger. From cooking different foods to collaborating with all the great artists Music Burger was more than just a show it was an experience. Moreover, I couldn't have done it without God, my mentor, and my Music Burger team.
In Part I of the Season Finale, I'm downtown in Chicago at the Level Next headquarters showing you guys how to prepare, construct, and grill a good ol' Kabob from scratch. (Tip: If you ever want to impress your friends, lover, first date, boss, neighbor, stranger, or family members throw this summer favorite on the grill and trust me they will think you are such a well-rounded individual and favor you for the rest of your life. I'm not joking.)
Part II of the Season Finale, I sit down with Chicago artists' Slot-A, Orie, Brandon Rizzo, Natalie Oliveri, Sherry Amour, and Cristina Sanchez to talk about the current transformation of the music industry, how technology has changed live performances, and the Do's and Dont's when working in the industry.
Once again I want to thank you all for tuning into this season of Music Burger. To show my appreciation I have FREE music from the artists that were apart of this season in the MUSIC section. After tasting the music burgers, I want you to comment and give your thoughts.
Have a blessed summer! Stay tuned for Season 2...

Sloppy Joe (Guest: Untitled)
UPDATE: The show has been doing pretty good so far this season. It's been featured in one of chicago's regional newspapers, its had press on the radio, music blogs, and the fan base seems to be continually growing each week. In the famous words of Doug E. Fresh, we "Keep Risin' to the Top".
However, I realized that buying all these freshly produced products could be costly. The last thing I want to do is persuade you to dig all the way in your pockets to be this "health guru." This week's episode I will show you how to make healthy and fresh sloppy joes, but you can always run to your local grocery store and buy this in a can - whatever puts a smile on your face. Nevertheless, what's most important is the music - that's what really fills your soul's taste buds.
This week's guests are really doing there thing. From live instrumentation, spoken word, and poetry to videography, editing, and just keeping it "real" ladies and gentleman I present to you UNTITLED.

Quesadilla Burger (In-house Live Performance by Taylor Mallory)
Have you ever had a Quesadilla...Burger? No? Me neither...until I saw this on Big Oven. Give it try - It's fun to make and just saying it makes you sound cool!
However, this recipe has thee MOST ingredients and takes THEE most time preparing out of all of the recipes on Music Burger. EVERYTHING was made from scratch - Smokey cilantro Mayo, Pico De Gallo (in which I totally pronounced wrong in this episode) and the seasoning of the burger itself. All in all, I had a great time making it and I had a great time performing on my own show.
This week I decided to pull out a song that I performed at Manifest. It's an original tune that talks about the stresses of working, but the beauty of coming home to someone you love. In this performance, I am using Arturia's Minimoog V, Native Instruments's Battery 3, and Logic 7. In short, I present to you "I'm Coming Home."

Cool Fact: Did you know that as soon as you take your last rep lifting weights that it is crucial to have protein? Why? because the more active you are the faster your proteins break down, and more protein you need to replenish them.
With that being said, this week's musical guests could use a Protein Shake or two because they are always active and constantly performing and spreading the word about there hit single "We Don't Back Down." They are here at Music Burger to talk about the meaning behind "We Don't Back Down, " the craze its been getting, and overall who they are as a group..
